RELICS TO RUINS – AN EXPLORATION IN NEW MEDIA

Katie Falkenberg, staff photographer for the Los Angles Times, was preparing for her trip to Utah to work on a story about the illegal trading of Anasazi artifacts. We had time constraints, so we needed to scope out the best locations, line up the most pivotal people to be interviewed, prepare our questions, etc. By the time Katie went to Utah, we had each day planned out, where to go, and what to shoot, which made the trip very successful for both print and Web. I highly recommend you view the Los Angeles Times website for this project to view the stunning images and great videos. Just click any image below to be redirected. For video, I can help you develop a storyboard or take a look at your video and tell you how to structure it to help you create a strong narrative. It’s a skill I’ve honed over several years. I can make your video better; I can make you better!
