DISCOVERING AUTISM – EXPLORING DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO TELL A STORY

In the newspaper business, going from print to Web opened up a thousand possibilities on how to tell a story; suddenly, we were given the opportunity to create and expand our vision. Los Angeles Times staff photographer Francine Orr and I were very creative in this endeavor of explaining autism to our readers. Francine did a great job at capturing the essence of autism. The print portion of the project is below, but I would encourage you to see the website; just click on any of the images below to take you to the Los Angeles Times site for this project. Need help with new ideas in storytelling? I’m here for you.
